Job Description

A technical manager is in charge of directing the technical decisions and strategy of the team as well as managing all technical divisions

Experience with IT Product development.
Experience in managing the Scrum Teams, running the Scrum boards with JIRA (Burn-down charts, spring planning, sprint execution, sprint introspective session management).
Having experience working in DevOps tools (Bit Bucket/Git Hub/Git Labs, Jenkins, Dockers, Kubernetes).
Having experience in Java/J2EE technologies (Spring, Spring boot, Rest API).
Experience in Angular JS or React JS or Node JS.
Experience in handling code reviews and providing appropriate inputs to team.
Strong delivery background, good mentoring and guiding skills to the team(s).
Closely working with Product Owners and QA teams on understanding the requirements.
