Job Description

HR Connects: Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. l Employee Grievance handling: Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

Induction & orientation planning l HR Connects: Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. l Employee Grievance handling: Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. l Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. l Employee Performance Management: Orients new joiners and reporting managers on performance management system, continuously engages with all employees and managers for effective implementation, manages performance improvement plans in partnership with employee, manager, and leadership team. l Employee Recognition Management: Understands exceptional efforts by individuals/ teams and proactively recommends the manager and leadership team for instant recognition as per set guidelines, effectively implements quarterly recognition program in partnership with all stakeholders. l Technical Manager Connects: Monthly review meets with delivery leadership along with business enabling functions to share talent happenings on hiring, development, and engagement, also receiving updates on active feedback and prospect opportunities, Monthly review meets with practice leadership to review on available talent and talent building, Partners with delivery and practice leadership to formalize annual strategic goals. l Employee Engagement Management: Point of contact for all Engagement activities within the organization, Fun on Fridays, Festival celebrations, Budget planning, arrangements, coordination with management. Partners with cultural and sports event management teams to engage the talent. l Documents: keeping all the staff related documents in place and 100% accurate.
