Responsibilities:
Perform Data Mining and Data Analysis of Received Data from Various Sources and Systems Into a Presentable Form.
Derive Problem Statement from Ambiguous Data, Create a Hypothesis, Use Analytics Technology and Tools to Test Hypothesis and Form Conclusions
To Be Able to Provide View & Support Operations/quality as Required in Areas like Productivity, Cost Reduction and Data – driven Analytics, Etc.
In Terms of Project Management, He/ She Will Estimate Work Effort, Will Ensure Quality Delivery.
Tracking Agent Wise, Tl Wise and Campaign Wise Performance, Attendance.
Modify the Mis and Applications as per Needs.
Present Sales & Mis Reports and Realistic Forecasts to the Management Team.
co – coordinating with Cross – functional Teams in Getting the Required Data Understanding Reporting Requirement and Preparation Reports.
ability to Innovate Using Statistical Techniques and Advise the Client On Newer Analytical Methodologies/solutions Etc.
Assist the MIS Team Initiatives On Creating New Tools, Process Improvement Initiatives, and Execution of Ideas At An Organizational Level
In order to accomplish this, the resource will need to manage critical relationships (in a matrix environment) with all regional leads and key country metrics contacts along with managing internal responsibilities as outlined below:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience:
Overall experience of 4 – 7 years. Preferably over 3 – 4 years of experience in an IT company in Business Analysis and reporting role with extensive use of Advanced Excel, macros and Power Query
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Ability to comprehend requirements and conceptualize data analysis and visualization
Strong data analysis and superior problem-solving skills
Strong PC Application Skills (MS Office, including PowerPoint and Advanced Excel)
Good VBA and macro development skills
Working knowledge of Power Query
Proficient in Data & Business Analysis
Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in an evolving, fast paced work environment
Self-disciplined, Self-Initiating and result oriented
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels, including understanding, documenting complex ideas and requirements into actionable steps.
Ability to work independently, with little to no supervision
Used to a fast pace of working and willing to commit to long working hours to achieve project deadlines when required
Good Team player
Flexible in Rotational Shifts
Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training – if required)
I edge of PowerBI/SFDC will be an added advantage
B. Tech/ Graduation from Tier 1/ Tier 2 College
