Job Description

The performance testers make sure that an application's critical components are performing well. They assess resource usage and other quality attributes, preparing it for production.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in performance testing.
2. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
3. Proficiency in using industry-standard performance testing tools such as JMeter.
4. Experience in designing and executing performance test scenarios, including load, stress, capacity and endurance tests.
5. Solid knowledge of performance monitoring and profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks.
6. Familiarity with performance tuning techniques and ability to collaborate with developers to optimize application performance.
7. Understanding of web technologies, protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, REST), and performance-related factors.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve performance issues.
