Job Description

The MongoDB Developer/Administrator/DBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the MongoDB database systems for the organization. They will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure that the database systems are optimized for maximum performance, availability, and security.

 Experience with MongoDB database design and administration
 Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases and document-oriented data modeling
 Familiarity with database backup and recovery procedures
 Understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques
 Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or JavaScript, is a plus
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Design, develop, and maintain the MongoDB database systems
• Optimize the database systems for performance, availability, and security
• Monitor the database systems to ensure they are running smoothly
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end-users
• Perform database backups and restores
• Develop and maintain queries, indexes, and data models
• Perform database tuning and optimization
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate the MongoDB database systems with other systems and applications

3+ years of experience as a software project manager, scrum master or in a related role.
